Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 1 January 2026

1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the SCORM Library website and the purchase and use of digital learning products and services. SCORM Library provides digital learning content for business and organisational use only. By accessing this website or purchasing any products, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a business, charity, organisation, or professional entity. By using this website or purchasing any products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. About SCORM Library
SCORM Library provides digital learning resources, including SCORM packages and related digital content, for professional and organisational training purposes. All products and services are delivered digitally unless otherwise stated. SCORM Library may also offer consultancy or bespoke development services under separate agreements where agreed in writing.

3. Digital Products and Services
Products available on this website may include individual digital downloads, bundled digital products, and time-limited access to the full SCORM Library. No physical goods are supplied.

4. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time but will not affect completed purchases. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers. SCORM Library does not store card details.

5. Purchase Orders
SCORM Library may accept purchase orders for full library access licences at its discretion. Acceptance of a purchase order is subject to approval, minimum order values, and agreed payment terms. Access to content may be provided once a purchase order has been formally accepted.

6. Refunds and Cancellations (B2B)
Due to the nature of digital products and time-limited access, refunds are not normally offered once access to content has been provided, download links have been issued, or content has been accessed or downloaded. A refund or account credit may be considered in limited circumstances, including a verified technical issue that prevents access and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, or a duplicate purchase made in error for the same product or licence. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and include the order reference and relevant details. All refund decisions are made at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property and Licence
All intellectual property rights in the content provided through SCORM Library, including digital learning materials, SCORM packages, and downloadable files, remain the property of SCORM Library. When you purchase a product or access package, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your internal business or organisational purposes only. You must not share, resell, sublicense, redistribute, make the content publicly available, or permit use by any third party outside your organisation. Continued use of downloaded content is limited to the organisation that originally purchased the licence. Except where otherwise stated, licences are issued for a 12-month period from the date of purchase. During the active licence period, you may access and download licensed content, re-download purchased files, and access updates and new content where included in your licence. Any SCORM modules downloaded during the active licence period may continue to be used internally within your organisation after the licence period ends, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

8. Full Library Access
If you purchase full library access, your licence allows you to access all content included in the library during the active licence period, download available content during that period, and access new or updated content made available during the active licence period. Full library access includes updates and newly released content for the duration of the licence only. Content availability may change over time as materials are updated, replaced, or improved. SCORM Library may update, revise, replace, or retire content at its discretion to reflect changes in legislation, guidance, industry practice, or learning needs. Updates are provided on a best-endeavours basis and are not guaranteed to occur at regular intervals or within a specific timeframe. The absence of updates during a licence period does not constitute a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

9. Licence Expiry and Ongoing Use
When the licence period ends, your account will remain active and you will retain access to your account and purchase history. You will no longer be able to download or re-download content and access to updated or newly added content will end. Any SCORM modules downloaded during the active licence period may continue to be used within your organisation for internal training purposes. To regain access to downloads, updates, or full library content, a new licence or access package must be purchased.

10. LMS Compatibility
SCORM Library content is supplied in standard SCORM formats and is designed to be compatible with most modern learning management systems. Compatibility with all LMS platforms, configurations, customisations, or third-party systems cannot be guaranteed. Customers are responsible for testing content within their own LMS environment prior to deployment.

11. Learner Data and Tracking
SCORM Library does not host, process, or store learner data. Tracking of learner activity, progress, completion status, and reporting is managed entirely by the customer’s LMS. SCORM Library is not responsible for learner records, completion data, reporting accuracy, or data retention within any third-party LMS.

12. Training and Compliance Disclaimer
SCORM Library content is provided for training and awareness purposes only. Completion of training does not guarantee regulatory compliance, certification, or legal adherence. Organisations remain responsible for ensuring their own compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. While reasonable efforts are made to ensure accuracy, SCORM Library does not warrant that content is complete, current, or applicable to all organisational contexts.

13. Account Responsibility
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity carried out under your account. SCORM Library reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms & Conditions.

14. Availability and Changes
SCORM Library aims to ensure continuous access to the website and content but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Content may be updated or improved, download links modified, or access temporarily suspended for maintenance or technical reasons.

15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SCORM Library is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, data, or business interruption. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product or licence. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

16. Privacy
Use of this website is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected and used.

17. Changes to These Terms
SCORM Library may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
